Radio broadcast "from the future" predicts massive win for Yes

By Mike O'Byuzer, our Ham Radio Specialist - "You think it up, he'll ham it up"

Michael GreenwellScientists are baffled as a BBC Scotlandshire radio broadcast for the 19th of September THIS YEAR, has been discovered in the Pacific Quay library – nearly seven months before it was will be broadcast.

The "impossible" programme features a series of interviews with senior members of the "Yes Scotland" and "Better Together with U-KOK" campaigns as news breaks of a dramatic 67% to 33% win for the Yes side.

Despite his enormous personal sadness at the result, which is shared by all at this channel, regular BBC Scotlandshire presenter Michael Greenwell interviews such heroes of the Union as Anas Sarwar and Ian Davidson.

Incredibly, and for the first time since becoming leader in 2011, Johann La Mont was also available for comment.

In a desperate attempt to keep our jobs, and since normal political balance can now be restored post referendum, the broadcast also features campaigners from the successful Yes side, including Blair Jenkins, Alex Salmond and (surprisingly) wee Willie Rennie.

As to how this bizarre event could have happened, Michael Greenwell told this reporter, "The complicated web of highly technical computer interfaces we use to make our radio broadcasts seems to have reached a level of intelligence on its own.

"It has brought the Scottish Independence episode from the 19th September 2014, seven months back in time. It's both amazingly exciting and incredibly disappointing at the same time.

And for listeners who missed our very own DG Kenny McQuarrell sorting out the cybernats this month, here is another chance to hear how it should be done - gangland style.
