Last Rat joins the sinking ship!

By Nat Hunter, Our Political Correspondent

40s snpUnionist paralegal, columnist and tweeter Ian Smart has demonstrated his massive fear quotient by being "genuinely frightened" of the separatist strategy of the, eh, um, separatists.

In a dramatic development, Smart tweeted, "Independence short term=current SNP. Longer term=1940s SNP. Genuinely frightening."

Amazingly, this message to a terrified nation region was delivered only hours after the First Minister and his henchwoman had met with a genuine 1940s SNP in the form of 101 year old Jimmy Sinclair from Kirkcaldy.

Sinclair, who fought for the British army in the North African desert and in Italy at Monte Casino admitted that he had been a Scottish Nationalist since he was a young man. Unlike foreigners, who were unable to fight Facism because they weren't UK citizens, Sinclair demonstrated the really, really scary side of 1940's Natz.

He said: “We are letting our neighbours tell us how much to spend. The Scottish people vote mostly Labour or SNP and we have got a government we didn’t vote for in Westminster.

“Scotland should be governed by Scotland. I hope it’s a Yes vote but it’s 50/50 just now, I think.”

That dangerous nationalism is what justifiably terrifies British (not at all dangerous - unless you are foreign, or poor, or not Tory) Nationalist Smart, who believes that "Britain should be governed by Britain, whose people mainly vote Tory" - an altogether different and unscary stance to take.

"If that kind of dangerous rhetoric is adopted by the SNP in the future, then they will continue to win elections", Smart is alleged to have sobbed, "and my pals in Labour will never rule Scotlandshire again, unless they return to their roots - and that would be disastrous for the City of London.

"Currently, I could take on Sinclair single-handed, but in a few years he would be able to beat me to a pulp with his military training.

Centenarians are potentially dangerous, which is why I support Johann and Jackie's drive to stop them having any benefits or rights."

Smart's brother Alan reportedly said that he hoped that Ian would get the help that he clearly needed to remove the fears from his life. "NHS Scotland can perform wonders these days."

Meanwhile Project Fear goes from strength to strength. We expect to see more people declaring openly that we scare them.
